During winters, the Santragachi Lake becomes a great place for bird photography. Thousands of migratory birds arrive at the lake and there’s a lot of bird activity everywhere.

Last Sunday, I revisited this place after almost a year and this time I was accompanied by a very good friend and a fellow photographer, Agniprava Nath (Agniprava Nath Photography). We had a great time photographing these birds !

Though the first photograph that I took that day was not of any bird but this little guy who was staring at us from the bushes.
